This class was specifically created to teach players how to play in the low post. Your player will learn tactics on how to finish and play with their back to the basket.

PLAYERS WILL LEARN:

• How to be aggressive when going to the basket

• Different ways to give and receive contact

• Finishing off two feet

• How to take advantage over a defender

TIME: Tuesdays (5 sessions)
