Our program specializes in teaching the foundations and fundamentals players need in order to be successful in the game.

“Offseason” was created to help players understand how to play the game of basketball and prepare for the upcoming season. Every teaching and drill has been curated so that players understand how to translate what they have learned into a real game situation.

Players will learn:

1. Basketball IQ

2. Game Situations

3. How to play WITHOUT the ball

4. How to play in Space

5. Skill Development (Dribbling/Shooting)

6. Apply what they learned through controlled playing
